About a year ago<\/a> Wired magazine wrote an inciteful business article on why bosses don\u2019t listen to employees. The article pointed out three problems in what they called a disconnect<\/em> between bosses and workers:<\/p>\n As a motivational resilience speaker<\/a> who speaks nationwide on workplaces developing a more resilient mindset, I know the three concerns raised in the article are valid.<\/p>\n The conversation<\/strong><\/p>\n The topics of change and resilience are among the most important challenges any organization can face, in these post-pandemic times. I think that as a motivational resilience speaker that it\u2019s important to spend some time on the dangers of inflexibility.<\/p>\n The financial industry, especially, initially wanted to dig in its heels and make the demand that they expect all workers to return to their offices full-time.<\/p>\n\n
